Mr. Rubin has over 40 years of experience representing business clients of all sizes in a wide range of matters. His clients include partnerships, publicly held companies and privately held corporations in a variety of industries, as well as individuals in larger civil matters.
Mr. Rubin is particularly valuable to clients because he offers highly experienced representation in both transactional and litigation matters. He represents businesses from inception through all phases of growth. This assistance includes entity selection, ownership agreements, contract negotiations and development, buy/sell agreements, legal compliance, business disputes, and dissolution.
His extensive litigation experience includes numerous jury and bench trials through verdict and/or judgment, as well as numerous mediation and arbitration proceedings. This representation typically involves litigation matters arising from transactions, as well as day-to-day counseling on litigation concerns.
